A workshop that looks at creative ways of self-expression and how this can help in meditation and prayer.
For those who are used to creating art, the art space can be a natural place to pray. For people who don't see themselves as artists, trying something new can be a great liberation.

What's important for this as prayer is what happens as you try, rather than what anyone else might think of the end result. For this weekend, people are welcome at all levels of artistic ability and experience: all we ask is that people be open to meet God in their exploration.

This workshop can be the ideal launch for the individually guided, silent retreat which follows it.
