2012 April 24-27
led by
Renate Düllmann OP
A
short retreat that looks at creative ways of self-expression and how
this can help in meditation and prayer.
For those who are used to creating art, the art space can be a natural
place to pray. For people who don't see themselves as artists, trying
something new can be a great liberation.
This retreat focuses on art as prayer so what is important is what happens
when you use the art materials, rather than what anyone else might think
of the end result. For this retreat, people are welcome at all levels
of artistic ability and experience: all we ask is that people be open
to meet God in their exploration.
Cost for this retreat, which includes the free
use of art materials in the St Beuno's Art Space is £162
This Retreat begins on the evening of Tuesday the 24th and ends after
the midday meal on Friday the 27th. (Bedrooms have to be vacated
by 9.30am)
