Canute's Tower: St Beuno's

Paul Edwards

A history of St Beuno's by Paul Edwards SJ. This book is written in a style which is closer to that of a talk than the more usual formality of a history book. Its main focus is on the function of the house. Why it was built and what people did there.

Apart from giving a history of St Beuno's and its occupants, it tells of the more general story of the Jesuits in Britain and to some extent internationally.

This book is currently out of print, but St Beuno's has a stock which can be purchased for £4 inclusive of UK postage. (£5 to Europe and £6 to the rest of the world)
Purchase via our paypal account but be sure to put you name and address in the instructions to seller and 'Please send me a Copy of Canute's Tower'.
