The number of 'days' given for the
retreats are complete days of retreat. The actual number
of days you stay at St Beuno's is one more day. So for
example, a Friday to Friday retreat is called a 'six day'
retreat, although your stay is for seven nights. The offering
reflects the seven nights stay.
