A Seminar led by Revd Andrew Walker
May 25-28, and December 3-6 2012
Anyone who has been involved in Spiritual Direction or retreat giving
will have come across many people for whom tensions exist between
their sexuality, sexual desires, behaviour, church teaching,
spirituality and faith.
On this seminar we will consider areas such as holiness
and wholeness, relationships, homosexuality and celibacy.
Andrew was the founder director of the London Centre for Spirituality
and now is a part time parish priest in Lewes, East Sussex as
well as a trainer and supervisor in spiritual direction and
Pschosynthesis and a co-director of the Ignatian Spirituality
Programme based in London.
Participants of the May seminar unite with those attending the 10 week
Programme while those on the December seminar unite with 'Understanding
the Spiritual Exercises' one-month course..
Participants are expected for the evening meal on the first day mentioned
above. The seminars are two full days and end in the early evening
of the day before the last day above. Participants can leave either
that evening or on the morning of the last day of the seminar given
above.
