New Team Members for St Beuno’s
We are looking for a full-time team member
for St Beuno’s to take up an appointment in 2008
Job Description
-
To be part of a team giving retreats and so give
guidance on Ignatian inspired Individually Guided
Retreats
-
To work as a team in giving courses in Ignatian
Spirituality
-
To lead group workshops and facilitate groups.
-
To take part in and responsibility for the general
running of the Spirituality Centre.
-
To take part in the planning, development and promotion
of the work of St Beuno’s
-
Contracts are usually for 3 years.
Qualities and Qualifications
Needed
-
-
A person who has experienced Ignatian Spirituality
and has a good theoretical understanding of it.
-
A person of energy and drive.
-
A person imbued with the Ignatian magis - always
looking to the ‘more’, the ‘better’
the ‘greater’.
-
A person with a good educational level –
having done university level studies in theology
or spirituality would be a decided advantage.
-
A person with the flexibility and freedom from
commitments to cope with St Beuno’s irregular
timetable.
-
A person willing to take part in St Beuno’s
community life.
-
To be committed to personal and professional growth
and development.
