A retreat is a time to step back and ask: What is going on in my life? What is important to me? Where is God in all this? There is space to notice and respond to where God is drawing you. But the benefits of a retreat do not come to an end when you leave St Beuno’s, you take them back with you into your daily life.
There may not be as much time for prayer and
reflection once you are home, but the experiences and insights remain with you and can have an
impact on each complex, challenging or delightful day.
