This retreat will use the powerof the word through journaling and writing to facilitate a deeper sense of Godworking in our lives.
At times we are too restless to pray in quiet or silence and by using writing we occupy our mind and body and so free ourselves for God to reach us. In writing about the events in our lives we can begin to touch into their meaning and richness. This retreat will comprise of inputs which will facilitate some different ways of reflective writing. There will be time to rest, walk and pray and the retreat will include times of silence and also time sharing conversation with the group.
Please note that this is not an individually guided retreat and so you will not be assigned a spiritual director.
