We recommend that applicants have experienced a silent individually guided retreat before undertaking the Full Spiritual Exercises as a 30-day retreat.

There is a separate registration procedure for this retreat requiring a personal application form and two references. Please apply in good time.

Arrival Time is between 2.30pm - 4.30pm on your first day. Departure is after breakfast on your last day.
