This weekend retreat invites participants to rediscover the spiritual theology of Hildegard of Bingen (1098–1179), a Benedictine abbess whose writings and chants give powerful expression to her visionary faith.
Through short inputs, Ignatian-style prayer rooted in Scripture, Hildegard’s spiritual texts, and her sacred music, alongside guided spiritual conversation, participants will engage Hildegard’s unified vision of creation, grace, and praise.
Attentive listening—to word, image, and sound—offers a way of entering more deeply into the theological imagination that shapes her spiritual witness and continues to invite prayerful reflection today.
Arrival Time is between 2.30pm - 4.30pm on your first day.The retreat finishes around 9.15am on the last day.
