This quote from the familiar nursery rhyme continues with the question, “how does your garden grow?” And that is what we will be exploring: Marian images and texts in all their diversity of traditions both ancient and modern … and perhaps even in all their contrariness.

How is Mary faring in our own tumultuous times?

How is she figuring in our own prayer lives?

This is a silent retreat with twice-daily group meetings for input, conversations, and prayers.

Arrival Time is between 2.30pm - 4.30pm on your first day. The retreat finishes around 9.15am on the last day.

Finding God In Creativity

Themed Retreats

Whether this is new to you or familiar, come and join! This retreat, led by Romola Parish, will begin each day with a prayerful focus on images created by Romola. Through deepening into this prayer, you will be helped to listen to responses stirring in you and finding God in that. Romola will then gently help each person find a way of expressing this response creatively in whatever medium beckons. This might be through stitching, paints, sketching, arranging words on a page, poetry, collage, photography, air drying clay or something else.
