A weekend retreat focussing on taking space for Sabbath restin the midst of our busy lives. The retreat will use resources from scripture, poetry and prayer and the paintings of some well-loved artists.
This quiet retreat will offer some input each day, time for quiet prayer and personal reflection, and optional meetings to share with others. Depending on numbers there will be an opportunity to meet individuallywith one of the retreat guides.
There will be a Eucharist each day shared with other retreatants in the house. Meals will also be shared in silence with other retreatants. We will keep an atmosphere of silence throughout the house but there will be some spaces and time to share informally with others in the group for those who wish.
