Where Does My Help Come From?
We find this famous question at the beginning of a special group of Psalms (120-134) known as the Songs of Ascent.
We will be engaging with these ancient pilgrim psalms to get a sense of our own pilgrim journeys, both inner and outer.
What keeps us turning towards and moving towards the God from whom our help comes?
There will be twice-daily group meetings with a blend of inputs, conversations, prayers – all embedded in the silence of the rest of the day
Arrival Time is between 2.30pm - 4.30pm on Friday. The retreat finishes around 3pm on the Sunday.
