This workshop will reflect on the practical ways in which Ignatian prayer and the Spiritual Exercises can help us in our day to day lives. We will look at various examples of ‘Ignatian Lives’, including Ignatius of Loyola, as well as other historical and modern figures, and consider how they can inform our own values, decision and actions. There will also be an opportunity to share insights, practices and experiences with other participants.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who has made the spiritual exercises or has other experience of living and praying in an Ignatian way.
The retreat begins at 6.30pm, (bedrooms are available from 4pm). Please try to arrive between 4pm and 5pm to have time to settle in. The retreat finishes about 3pm on the Sunday.
